The Entertainment Systems Application Administrator is responsible for the oversight of custom developed and third party applications used throughout Disney Live Entertainment. You will work on several projects including support, implementation and upgrades of Costuming and Entertainment systems worldwide.
This position will report to the Entertainment Systems Application Administrator Manager.
You Will:
Assisting with software releases, providing user access, submitting software approvals for use on the Disney network, and resolving end user software related problems
Testing responsibilities include implementing test tools, strategies, and scripts for multiple Entertainment and Costuming applications
Write, implement, and perform system test cases
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, providing regular progress reports
Work with developers and end users through to successful resolution
Maintain required documentation of new software applications and improvements to existing software
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions require exercising some independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager
You Will Have:
3-5 years of experience in software administration or in a related area
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in software development lifecycle
Shown ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrable ability to forge strong working relationships with IT and end users
Effective written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be great if you also have:
Familiar with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, SSMS, SharePoint Designer, SSRS/PowerBI Reporting
Experience with automated test script software
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related area

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $$84,460.00 - $113,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
