The Disneyland Resort® invites you to be our Guest and explore exciting opportunities at our upcoming Job Fair on Thursday, December 8th, 2022 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This event is open to the public and will focus on finding talent for our Specialty roles, including several in the Facilities Department. Roles available will include:
- Full Time Electrician – starting pay rate: $30.06
- Full Time Maintenance Mechanic (Outside Machinist–Non-Auto) – starting pay rate: $30.06
- Full Time Pruner – Tree Worker – starting pay rate: $21.42
Part Time requires 3 full days of availability including Friday, one weekend day and one additional weekday.

Directions to the Parking Lot:
If traveling West on Ball Road, turn left on Cast Place (before Disneyland Drive) and then next left. Parking attendant is on the left.
If traveling East to the Casting Center, pass Disneyland Dr., and Cast Place is the next right. Then make the next left. Parking attendant is on the left.

Responsibilities:Maintenance Mechanic (Outside Machinist – Non-Auto):
- Troubleshoot equipment problems
- Repair and maintain electrical/electronic systems
- Use your experience and know how to spot problems before they happen
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with specialized equipment and various fall protection
- Able to complete all tasks associated with trees, including but not limited to climbing, pruning, planting, transplanting, staking, tagging, inspecting, cabling/bracing, rigging, and removing trees safely and accurately
- Able to calmly handle any emergency situation
- Must have at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid CA Driver’s license
- Experience with all of the responsibilities listed above
- Possess a Western Chapter Certified Tree Worker (WC-CTW) certification or the level of ability to obtain a Certified Tree Worker qualification
- Open to any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift), including working holidays
Preferred Qualifications:Pruner – Tree Worker:
- CPR and First Aid Certification

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
