Job Summary:

Overview:

The Manager - Systems Integration will be an important link to Disney Destinations Digital & Technology partners, ensuring that the leisure and non-leisure sales channel clients are consulted and prepared in advance as we continue to launch new technology projects. Advancements in technology will be important to ongoing growth at the Disneyland Resort. The third-party sales clients must be prepared well in advance of technology changes to ensure alignment with key resort projects. Additionally, you will be aware of and provide direction on client management technology tools to help the sales team drive the business forward.

You will report to the Director - Sales Integration & Business Development.

Responsibilities/You Will:

  • Lead the interaction between Sales and the Digital/Technology teams to ensure that third-party distribution partners are included and prepared for all new product and program launches

  • Identify the appropriate technology solutions that support both the sales clients and the resort technology priorities

  • Important partner in determining the prioritization of technology projects and representing the interests of third-party distribution partners

  • Develop requests for capital and expense funding to support new technology programs in all sales channels

  • Provide expertise in coordinating technology roadmap for Disneyland Resort Sales & Services

  • Facilitate collaboration between the sales team and third-party sales clients in the launch of new systems and projects

  • Identify new technology platforms and system enhancements that support the sales team in managing customer relationships

  • Lead needs assessment to evaluate digital and technology priorities to inform both short-term and long-term strategies

  • Partner with DRTSC technology leaders to provide input and support for solutions affecting consumer direct and third-party distribution

  • Collaborate with Disney Destinations technology partners to understand and contribute to technology solutions for clients that sell multiple Disney destinations

  • Navigate between numerous systems

Basic Qualifications/You Will Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with sales channel distribution

  • Understanding of ticketing systems

  • 5+ years of experience in multiple digital and technology platforms

  • Influential skills to support sales channel adoption

  • Facilitate cohesive and analytical storytelling

  • Professional acumen with diverse stakeholders

  • Customer-driven approach to completing assignments

  • Cross-divisional collaboration with all levels within the company

  • Advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
