The Secretary is the Point of Contact for the team for any inquiries, internally and externally. The role also includes planning and execution of Reward and Recognition event planning, record keeping and maintenance, on-boarding/moves/separation of Cast Members, processing of benefit paperwork (vacation, sick, Jury Duty, etc.). The Secretary must be able to set and manage multiple priorities and make independent on-the-spot decisions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, good judgment, and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated partnering abilities and working well with all Cast
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational time management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of The Walt Disney Company policies and procedures.
- Flexibility regarding work schedule
