Provide administrative support to two art directors and team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: multiple calendar maintenance; scheduling staff meetings, generating a variety of reports including labor, budget, expense and lead/historical reports; complete SAP administration ordering and tasks; point of contact and liaison for cast, vendors, operating participants and guests; general everyday office administration.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in a Secretary role
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with cast members, clients, operating areas and fostering a team environment
  • Ability to successfully interact, partner, and network with all levels of management
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule
  • Positive team player with enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude, strong service orientation, and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Proven knowledge of SAP, DSCS, Siebel and knowledge reporting
Demonstrated expertise in SAP: Time/Payroll, T&E, Procurement/eSource
Type 50 WPM and proven performance with grammar skills

Required Education

High school degree or equivalent
