Job Summary:

The Disneyland Resort Legal Department is seeking qualified candidates for a Paralegal Specialist position to assist attorneys with contract drafting, legal research and general legal work. This paralegal position is within a legal organization that provides advice to various departments at the Disneyland Resort including Sales, Sourcing & Procurement and Operations.


Assisting in-house attorneys with contract drafting, legal research and general legal work

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of paralegal experience
• Knowledge of applicable legal procedures, terminology, policies and standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, with some supervision, on complex, high profile and sensitive projects and assignments
• Strong contract drafting skills
• Ability to conduct detailed and comprehensive legal research
• Proven client relationship skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a team-based environment and consistently meet deadlines

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • ABA-approved Paralegal Certification or equivalent experience as set forth by California Business and Profession Code, Section 6450 (c)
