Work along the Ad sales team to create compelling media solutions for clients with ESPN Digital Media properties and in India & Subcontinent region.
Actively engage with product and editorial team and work towards end to end implementation of the solutions
Periodically track audience reports and empower sales team with best practices for maximum yield and achievement of revenue target
Job Description :
To empower sales managers with product and audience insights and responding to brand media briefs
To work closely with product, editorial and marketing team and communicate to sales team on evolving product packaging, content synergies and championing new products
To work closely with the India region team head to create roadmap in maximizing revenue and deliver media solutions
Strategic insights based on research to create Rate card, product pricing, and sponsorship deliveries.
Build affiliations & co-branded IPRs with the digital & offline media partners in leveraging non-traditional revenue stream.
Supervise the constant changes in the digital media eco-system of the region & thereby help the team in aligning itself for maximizing the revenue share.
Basic & Responsibility:
Post graduate degree in marketing along with strong fundamentals in sales principles.
Excellent public speaking capabilities on diversified media.
Innovative & out of box thinking to create new opportunities for revenue generation.
Problem-solving & crisis management key in the dynamic sales industry.
1) Post graduate with Management degree preferably. 2) More than 10 years of media experience with over 5 years in digital media domain
Skills Required: 1) Experience in working on online research software like Comscore, Omniture, WAM etc 2) Exposure to the creating media sales markets of India – Mumbai 3) Additional experience in International sales market w.r.t to digital media.
