Job Summary:

In this role, the Payroll Analyst be part of the Walt Disney Company International Payroll team in support of the consolidation and implementation of global 3rd party payroll providers over the next year. Position to support payroll processing with international payroll vendors from September 2021 to April 2022, potential to extent the engagement.


The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Ensure that all relevant HR and Payroll data is provided to the global 3rd party payroll providers to ensure employees receive accurate remuneration on the published pay dates, thereby ensuring that the Company meets its contractual obligations.
  • Update/populate standard input templates to exchange HR and Payroll data with 3rd party payroll providers.
  • Coordinate with HR and Payroll team members to ensure all Payroll inputs are collected and reviewed prior to transmitting to 3rd party payroll provider.
  • Audit data input to ensure all joiners and leavers are properly provided to provider.
  • Review payroll variance report providing a reason for all variances between current and prior period material limit.
  • Ensure Payroll procedures are kept up to date.
  • Support testing of integrations between Disney Workday and 3rd party payroll vendors.
  • Support payroll processing to ensure regular and off-cycle payroll process is performed in a timely and accurate manner.

Basic Qualifications:

What we need from you to be part of this story:
  • Experience processing payroll with 3rd party payroll providers.
  • Experience auditing HR and Payroll data.
  • Experience with Payroll Financial postings and post payroll 3rd party payment processing and reporting.
  • High degree of PC literacy with advanced Excel (Pivots and VLookups).
