How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Jr Planner will join the team to generate value through collaboration within the department and with other areas of the company. It involves understanding the company's diverse product offerings across various platforms and formats (both linear and digital) and contributing to the development of a commercial proposal that provides the best business solution to meet advertisers' needs.
The Jr Planner will be responsible for:
- Crafting commercial proposals for various formats (multiplatform), including campaign KPIs and budget recommendations.
- Developing information to support and recommend during agreement negotiations (multiplatform).
- Regularly interacting with departments such as Integrations, Programming, and AdOps to develop sports proposals, verifying formats and inventories across different platforms.
- Collaborating with sales partners and commercial executives to review proposals and optimize campaigns to meet established KPIs.
- Evaluating activities and audience performance (pre- and post-evaluation) for special projects.
- Adopting company tools to enhance the development of commercial proposals.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- +1 year of experience, preferably in Communication Agencies, Media Agencies, Digital Agencies.
- Desirable knowledge of multimedia planning, purchasing types, metrics, and formats.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate level of English.
