Job Summary:

In this role, The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate and participate with the Marketing team in the daily tasks related to the launching of live shows and music, working together with other areas of the company. You will be responsible for coordinating with the different creative teams the materials for launch campaigns, and collaborate with the delivery of them.


  • Development and follow up of assets for campaigns. Such us:
  1. Requesting materials from US and other business lines to localize/adapt.
  2. Keep up to date the box with materials for each project.
  • Centralization of information / data / material between different areas, regions and third parties vendor.
  • Creation and follow-up of guidelines and material for synergy.
  • Supprot the team in administrative tasks. Such us:
  1. Creation of briefs.
  2. Presentations and reports of campaigns.
  3. Generation of QRs, purchase orders and invoice processing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to influence.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically while navigating through complex matrix environments.
  • Credible, proactive and trusted thought-partner who has built relationships and delivered results.
  • Ability to thrive within ambiguity and drive complex projects.
  • Advanced knowledge in Keynote / PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Advanced level of English is a must.
