We are looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented Programming Assistant to join Walt Disney Content Strategy Team. This role involves reviewing scripts, programs, promos, and variety of content. Adding quality to make a difference as a brand, including creative input, audience fit, ratings, always embracing a DE&I perspective and values associated to The Walt Disney Company. This role will be focused on portuguese content, so a native Brazilian candidate would be desirable.
BUILD SOMETHING BIGGER THAN YOURSELF
Screens variety of Portuguese content (original productions, acquisitions, promotional material, commercials, etc.) to ensure they comply with the company’s standards, guidelines, and policies.
Make reports on the content viewed to inform about possible risks, include audience fit, ratings, and creative inputs.
Interact with production, creative, sales, legal & DE&I teams.
- Previous Experience is desirable
- Preferred Industries: Communication / Media / Theatrical / Editorial
- Graduates of Bachelor's Degrees in Literature, Communication or related fields.
- Advanced English
- Native Portuguese
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills – written and verbal.
- Good editorial judgment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diverse workload.
- Ability to work independently and be part of a team.
- Should enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Good research skills
