With a dual role focused on regional coordination and local execution, the Publicity Coordinator for Theatrical & DSS, supports the design and execution of integrated communication plans for Theatrical and Disney Streaming Services in Latin America (Disney+ & Star+) tittles coming from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios, Searchlight and more. A dynamic position servicing marketing needs that centers on a continuous collaborative work within the Publicity & Corporate Communications team and a permanent dialogue and cooperation with publicity and marketing teams around Latin America and US Headquarters.
Works in titles assigned on the creation and execution of 360 communication plans/strategy for all IPs and priority acquisitions, which ensure communication for all targets: Influencers, journalists & Fans; Industry & Stakeholders; Employees; Trade; Citizenship Corp.
Provides support to the PR lead of Latin American’ original productions.
Coordinates opportunities for talent access, filmmakers and executives, such as: set visits, junkets, talent tours, interviews and various remote accesses and in person, for the entire region according to priorities.
Creates press materials and assets, managing vendors. Suggests ideas and angles for creative materials.
Helps on planning debut strategy to support the campaign, ensuring the coordination of the Argentina and LatAm press delivery strategy, taking into account global, regional and local guidelines.
Coordinates in person and virtual screeners for journalists and influencers.
Creates clipping reports.
Provides support to Manager and Supervisor on any capacity.
Works with PR agencies and vendors in Argentina, Peru, Chile and Colombia.
2-4 years of experience in similar roles of Assistant, Coordinator, or PR agencies.
Strong knowledge of the Latin America PR Landscape.
Background on the entertainment industry or mass consuming products.
Advanced English is a must.
Intermediate Portuguese is an advantage.
Creative approach for campaign planning and materials developing is a plus.
Team-player, adaptability to work under pressure skills.
Bachelor on Mass Communications, Journalism, Literature, Public Relations or similar.
Knowledge in Google Tools, Microsoft Office and Social Media Admin Tools is desirable.
