Job Summary:

In this role, the Compensation & Benefits Sr Analyst will ensure the integrity and execution of the compensation and benefits processes at the regional level, guaranteeing the internal equity and external competitiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the annual planning process for Merit increases, Annual Bonus and Long Term Incentives.
  • Evaluate and define salary offers for external and internal candidates from the different business segments of the company.
  • Contribute to the design and administration of variable compensation programs for the sales force.
  • Participate in the design, implementation and updating of the regional benefits program, proposing projects and ensuring their development to support the local requirements of the operations in the region.
  • Execute the maintenance and administration of the Human Resources information systems.
  • Lead the execution of the regional mobility program.
  • Collaborate with the collection of salary and benefits surveys.
  • Propose, manage and systematize indicators and metrics for strategic management of Human Resources.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Possess 4 a 5 years of experience in similar positions in international companies.
  • Expertise in Excel is a must.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources management system (SAP and/or Workday) is desirable.
  • Advanced English is a necessary.

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
