Responsibilities:• Support to coordination and consolidation of planning Cycles including Forecasts, Strat Plan & AOP:
Coordinate different processes with local/internal teams (Prepare calendars/communications, etc)
Review consolidation management reports assuring consistency among reports
Coordinate with Local Teams accrual review meetings
Support in the preparation of Strat Plan / AOP
• Burbank deliverables preparation for Division and the Lines of Business:
Prepare BBK Quarter Close Burbank deliverables (Q17 Merch+Pub & Q22 Publishing)
Support in the preparation & consolidation of Revenue Accrual process for controllership
Support in the preparation of internal deliverables for WDI
• Develop Ad-hoc requests & Management Report Preparation:
Develop & Design ad hoc reports (Benchmarks Analysis, Licensees renewals reviews, etc)
Actuals vs Forecast periodic reports (True-Up-Control Actuals)
Dashboards updates support
• Business Partnering support:
Business partnering duties particularly for Publishing
• Quarter Close Tasks Coordination (Revenue & Expenses accounting):
Review & validate vs systems with accrual information received from territories
Expenses controls (Coding and deviations vs plan) & reports preparations.GSF Analysis, Other Revenue Analysis, expenses accrual bookings support
Basic Qualifications:- Knowledge of SAP
- 3 years Analyst experience required. Experience as a Senior Analyst is a plus.
- Advanced level of english
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Required EducationBusiness Administration Degree or Public Accountant.
