How you will contribute to our magical experience?

As the In-Home Distribution, Supervisor for LATAM you will play a crucial role in managing the processes behind our commercial agreements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless execution of agreements, accurate invoicing, and efficient interaction with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining partner relationships, consolidating market information, and providing essential support to both internal teams and external clients. Your attention to detail and project management skills will contribute to the success and growth of our operations in the region.

The Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Prepare contracts using established legal templates to facilitate smooth agreement execution.
  • Manage the loading, control, and monitoring of essential documentation, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Maintain meticulous oversight of billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and operational challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive control and monitoring of partner agreements, ensuring compliance with stated conditions.
  • Coordinate with business teams to address partner-related queries and concerns.
  • Facilitate seamless interaction and coordination among cross-functional teams involved in projects, including Marketing, DSS, Legal, Billing & Collections, etc.
  • Serve as a liaison to facilitate efficient communication and task execution among cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Provide support to clients by fulfilling documentation requests promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in gathering and consolidating information for customer credit analysis, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Centralize information from different countries, compiling market data such as retail product prices and new releases.
  • Contribute insights to inform strategic decisions and market positioning.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field; or in-progress studies in a relevant program.
  • Previous experience in business development, project management, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with digital and streaming industries is a plus.
  • Advanced level of english.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, and Notion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
