Responsibilities:Lead and develop Corporate Volunteering program strategy for TWDC Latin America
Manage charitable giving strategy for Latam; including cash and in-kind donations, due diligence and FCPA processes
Design, develop and roll-out community outreach strategy and plans in Latin American markets
Build, develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
Proactively identify and strengthen constructive alliances with internal and external stakeholders
Supervise and implement environmental stewardship efforts at Latam Disney offices
Lead internal and external communications strategy and reporting for community outreach and employee projects
Prepare materials for presentations for internal and external audiences (including positioning events)
Track project results and report on performance
Provide support to global and regional initiatives
Manage and supervise corporate Citizenship regional budget
Basic Qualifications:. Required Tenure: +5 years of experience working in community or citizenship programs (group coordination is a must) Background in Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability or Social Investment is a plus
. Advanced level of english
Required EducationMinimum: College degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Social Sciences, Business administration or related fields is desirable
Ideal: Graduate degree in a plus
