The TV Mastering Coordinator creates the archival and servicing assets used to service clients across all media types. The Coordinator is the liaison between post-production, vendors, internal departments, and clients. Responsibilities include managing post charts, on time asset delivery, and weekly milestones are met. Reviewing QC reports and troubleshooting issues identified. Tracking delivery of assets to Digital Asset Management systems. Upholding Disney specifications and SLA with vendors. Reviewing and approving invoicing.
Responsibilities:End-to-End Servicing for Mastering, Localization and Fulfillment
End-to-end technical activity, from product/shows being added and work order creation to physical delivery of product to the customer – including understanding of technical elements, creation, repair, localization, updating & tracking of work orders & purchase orders, coordination of distribution logistics, use of technical materials library, knowledge of the range of formats used within the organization. Production Master availability information, High and Standard Definition QC, PSE fixes, editing and repairs as well as multi-track audio master creation knowledge required.
Strategic Vendor Management
Keeps current knowledge of preferred technical services with vendors. Able to manage strategic volume targets with vendors and escalate technical and billing issues through the corporate hierarchy. PO creation, billing resolution and pricing initiatives must adhere to rate cards/agreement. Keeping vendor performance and metrics on or above target.
Establish strong working relationships with the team, vendors and all business units. Make direct contact with productions houses, suppliers, accounts, and partners. Uphold and execute procedures from upper management and all other duties assigned by Leadership.
