- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
ABC Entertainment is seeking a strong candidate for a Talent Relations Coordinator position. This role will be heavily involved in personalized talent gifting therefore a vast knowledge of designers and trends is a must. The Talent Relations Coordinator must exhibit the ability to work in a fast paced environment, be a self-starter, and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, organized, efficient, and capable of working on multiple projects at once.
Research and select personalized gifts for actors and producers for various occasions (approx. 40 per month)
Organize all aspects of VIP visits to Disney properties and parks
Book flight, hotel and ground transportation and prepare itineraries for talent
Source and arrange hair, make-up and styling for talent
Help to secure talent for Disney movie premieres and synergy events
Work with Corporate Citizenship to manage talent requests for our PSA’s and philanthropic efforts
Attend events and promo shoots and assist with talent when needed (sometimes during evenings/weekends)
Ensure that all talent lists with detailed information are current and accurate
Serve as a liaison between various departments at ABC
Discreetly handle confidential and sensitive information
1+ years of experience working with talent and/or high level gifting
Deep knowledge of designers and gifting trends
Capacity to engage professionally with talent and their managers, publicists and assistants
Strong time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to details
Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to balance several projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs/Spreadsheets, Gmail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
