Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all marketing materials are delivered and trafficked including but not limited to:
    • Digital Banners
    • Social – Trafficking all digital content including digital a/v, graphics, and social covers to internal and external partners.
    • Digital Messaging – Ensuring all post copy and messaging is on point.
    • Websites – Searchlight, Film Sites, and Ticketing
  • Responsible for release of tentpole campaign materials online including Trailers and Posters
  • Works closely with internal Searchlight Departments (Media, Publicity, Cinema Partnerships) to ensure they have all the digital materials they need
  • Responsible for updating Searchlight’s Asset Hub, making sure all the latest materials are uploaded and properly labeled by our agencies
  • Assists in the creation of production calendars and timelines to ensure all digital materials are delivered on time
  • Update and maintain the digital budget tracker
  • Prepare documents and materials for internal meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Entertainment (preferably at marketing or post production agencies)
  • Must be an excellent communicator; comfortable collaborating with all levels internally and externally
  • Knowledge of digital video and static file formats
  • Able to multi-task and pivot priorities under strict deadlines
  • Must be highly adaptable and proactive - a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Working Knowledge of the deliverables and specs for static and video files
  • Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop
  • Working Knowledge of Final Cut, Premiere, etc. is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Word/Excel
