Responsibilities:
- Ensures all marketing materials are delivered and trafficked including but not limited to:
- Digital Banners
- Social – Trafficking all digital content including digital a/v, graphics, and social covers to internal and external partners.
- Digital Messaging – Ensuring all post copy and messaging is on point.
- Websites – Searchlight, Film Sites, and Ticketing
- Responsible for release of tentpole campaign materials online including Trailers and Posters
- Works closely with internal Searchlight Departments (Media, Publicity, Cinema Partnerships) to ensure they have all the digital materials they need
- Responsible for updating Searchlight’s Asset Hub, making sure all the latest materials are uploaded and properly labeled by our agencies
- Assists in the creation of production calendars and timelines to ensure all digital materials are delivered on time
- Update and maintain the digital budget tracker
- Prepare documents and materials for internal meetings
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Entertainment (preferably at marketing or post production agencies)
- Must be an excellent communicator; comfortable collaborating with all levels internally and externally
- Knowledge of digital video and static file formats
- Able to multi-task and pivot priorities under strict deadlines
- Must be highly adaptable and proactive - a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Working Knowledge of the deliverables and specs for static and video files
- Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop
- Working Knowledge of Final Cut, Premiere, etc. is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Word/Excel
