The Customer Information Management team provides an opportunity to learn about utilization of data for marketing purposes. Our team gives Disney businesses, such as Walt Disney Studios, Disney Channel, Marvel and ABC, guidance on optimization of marketing programs by learning about our customers.

Responsibilities:

A Day in the Life…
The Undergraduate Associate, CRM, will provide support to our Campaign Managers on development and design of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, deployment of campaigns, as well as analysis of performance of the campaigns
  • Coordinate with various Disney Business Units on gathering assets, hosting images and executing campaigns
  • Work on development of campaign reports
  • Utilize Dreamweaver and Photoshop to develop marketing creative, such as email campaigns

Basic Qualifications:

What we are looking for…
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of HTML
  • General Online Marketing background
  • Intermediate knowledge of Photoshop/Dreamweaver/Illustrator and other-image editing software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with reporting tools (i.e. Advanced Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience with email marketing tools (i.e. Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Experience with graphic design

Required Education

  • At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
  • Marketing, Digital marketing or similar background/degree

Additional Information:

  • The approximate dates of this internship are June 2019 through January 2021
  • Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
  • At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Housing: Interns must provide their own housing for the duration of their internship program.
  • Transportation: Interns must have reliable transportation to get to and from work for the duration of their internship program.
  • A creative portfolio or HTML design portfolio submission is optional for this position. Please include a link to your portfolio on your résumé.
