Job Summary:

General Summary

The Director of HCM Integrations reports to the Vice President, Enterprise Tech and is responsible for leading the evolution of the HR Integrations and Data Strategy.  This leader will lead the building of HCM Integrations roadmap for enabling short term and long-term evolution and automation. The leader will spearhead the development life cycle for integrations end to end. This includes business requirements for new and existing integrations, functional and technical analysis, technical architecture, code development, and facilitation of user acceptable testing followed by change management and release to production.  As the Digital Partner to HR, the primary responsibilities are listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HCM Integrations projects involving strategy, architecture, and implementation.

  • Provide direction and oversight for business and domain architects responsible for the HCM Ecosystem’s health.

  • Lead the Systems Analyst team that will be responsible for requirements gathering with the HR partners, perform functional and technical analysis, and design technical processes in partnership with the architects.

  • Provide direction to the Engineering team that will be responsible for development and unit testing of SAP and Workday Integrations.

  • Ensure successful delivery of complex data and integration projects within timelines and budget

  • Support business development activities such as vendor identification, project authorization request development, and project financials

  • Work with other HCM and the larger Enterprise Technology teams to ensure highest levels of cybersecurity, end to end process effectiveness, business continuity, and production support.

  • Partner with vendors to leverage best support in cost effective ways

  • Supervise and lead team through on going career development activities

  • Manage projects according to Enterprise Technology’s financial and cost management policies

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of eight years of HCM Architecture experience with leading Workday, SAP HCM implementations

  • A minimum of one year of experience leading Workday HCM Integrations implementations

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field  

  • Experience in managing large, complex projects and team members, and the ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations

  • Strong orientation to stakeholder success and accustomed to taking an active role in executing projects

  • Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities

  • Proven ability to lead teams through organizational and technology changes


The hiring range for this position in California is $188,900.00 to $241,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
