Job Summary:

The Enterprise Talent Acquisition team is responsible for overseeing functional recruitment for Disney’s domestic business segments including Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution, Parks, Experiences & Products, Content Groups/Studios, Disney General Entertainment, and Corporate. The group brings the expertise of attracting and identifying the highest performing talent in the marketplace while exceeding the expectations of our clients and advising clients on the best candidate talent match for their organization.

The Executive Assistant, Enterprise Talent Acquisition, is an integral role in directly supporting (2) Directors of Enterprise Talent Acquisition and when needed will provide administrative backup support to other Executives. The Executive Assistant not only provides direct support but also contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of employee experience, administrative support, project management, and delivering operational excellence to the organization.


  • Supporting Enterprise Talent Executives with scheduling complex outlook calendaring while providing an excellent experience. Scheduling of meetings can include phone, videoconferencing (Zoom), onsite meetings, and travel (when needed).

  • Complete new TA team members’ onboarding/acclimation roadmaps and distribution of team-wide announcements.

  • Prepare and distribute TA slate/metrics reporting under the direction and supervision of leadership

  • Schedule and prepare agendas/materials for team meetings; take notes and follow up on action items and create and/or update PowerPoint decks as requested by leadership

  • Run, organize, and prepare reports to be presented to a wide range of audiences

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of team events, recognition/celebratory, and “just for fun” events

  • Other administrative duties and projects as assigned


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related coordinator/assistant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication

  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), specifically a strong ability in navigating different platforms and tools to complete tasks on a day-to-day basis  

  • Must be able to work independently in a virtual environment, with limited or no supervision at times.

  • Proven ability to take initiative and build positive and productive relationships.

  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership in a professional manner

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

  • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work as a team player

  • Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Able to be flexible, proactive, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities

  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail

  • Taking initiative; being resourceful in hunting for information and being unafraid to ask questions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with online graphic design tools to help create fascinating presentations to help influence decision making

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
