About the Role & Program:
This internship with the Entertainment Television Finance & Business Planning team will put you in the center of the action as your bring your skills to a world-renowned brand known for its quality. This internship is a full-time, three-month commitment in the Burbank, CA area from May/June - August 2026.
What You Will Do:
Support the preparation of forecasts, annual operating plans and five-year plans
Develop and maintain financial planning models with a focus on process improvement
Partner with finance, controllership, and other teams across the organization to assist in consolidating forecast data
Analyze forecast information to ensure accuracy, identify trends, and develop key storylines
Assist managers and analysts with ad hoc projects / assignments
Aid in the preparation of presentations and ad hoc analyses for senior management
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a willingness to embrace and adapt to an ever-changing environment and work situation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset combined with ability to work independently
- Data analytics mindset
- Ability to structure projects and handle ambiguous data
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Data Visualization (i.e. Tableau) and Business Intelligence Tools
Education:
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related area
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during traditional business hours for the duration of the internship
- Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Burbank, CA area
