About the Role
Join The Walt Disney Company as a Principal Product Manager focused on AI and Automation within Workforce Technology, where you will shape the future of HR digital experiences through smart, scalable solutions. We're looking for a seasoned product leader with deep experience connecting AI platforms (e.g., Moveworks, Joule.ai, Microsoft Copilot) to enterprise HRIS systems like (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) enabling automation at scale and unlocking productivity across the HR ecosystem.
You will play a pivotal role to define and drive the next generation of agentic AI capabilities where intelligent systems proactively collaborate and hand off tasks across domains making HR experiences not only seamless, but delightfully efficient.
What You Will Do:
Lead the product strategy for AI/Automation capabilities across Workforce Technology, with a focus on intelligent orchestration across HR systems and business functions.
Design and deliver experiences that leverage agentic AI, enabling coordinated handoffs across multiple AI copilots (e.g., Joule.ai, Microsoft Copilot, Moveworks) that interact with systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and others.
Build intelligent workflows that allow AI agents to escalate, resolve, or route tasks autonomously reducing friction for both employees and HR teams.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, AI/ML teams, and HR operations to map out system interdependencies and optimize AI-agent interactions.
Own the technology roadmap and delivery of high-impact AI/Automation products aligned to HR service delivery, talent management, and workforce experience goals.
Drive cross-functional programs with significant complexity and budget oversight ($15M+), ensuring enterprise-grade scalability and security.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills:
10+ years in product management with direct experience delivering AI/Automation capabilities, ideally in HR technology or enterprise SaaS systems.
Proven success building or integrating with agentic AI platforms where multiple AI agents/coworkers collaborate across tools to fulfill end-to-end use cases.
Hands-on experience connecting AI copilots (e.g., Joule.ai, MS Copilot, Moveworks) with enterprise systems including Workday, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow allowing users to access information and workflows through a conversational interface.
Strong understanding of LLM-powered interactions, context switching across platforms, and designing systems that enable smart task delegation between AI and human agents.
Exceptional communication and influence at the executive level, with ability to align AI product vision to enterprise objectives.
Deep experience with agile methodologies, complex system integrations, and vendor collaborations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Familiarity with multi-agent AI architectures, conversational AI frameworks, and enterprise knowledge graph integration.
Background in HR service delivery, digital employee experience, or workforce tech ecosystems.
Certifications in product management, AI/ML, automation platforms,
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in product management or related areas

The hiring range for this position in California is $167,700.00-$224,900.00 per year and in Washington is $175,800 - $235,700 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
