As part of the Program Management team, the Project Administrator will support process improvement projects on behalf of the Studio Operations group.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal databases
- Keep managers updated on project boards
- Manage data in spreadsheets and metrics reports
- Update Standard Operating Procedures and Process maps
- Maintain a filing system for data on software/applications, internal partners and external partners
- Create tasks for managers on Kanban boards
- Help schedule stakeholder meetings to move projects forward
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Organize and store company documents as needed
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Coordinate onboarding of employees to new systems and processes
Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism
- Strong organizational and follow-thru skills
- Effective communicator, both verbally and written
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Confluence and/or Microsoft Project preferred
- Proven ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision
- Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous Project Management, Post Production and/or executive assistant experience, preferred
Required Education
- Associate’s Degree in Generic Arts & Sciences, Project Management, Motion Pictures, Library Sciences, Communications, or a Related Field
This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
