Job Summary:

The position will provide management and overall direction for all facility operations for the DGE and support tenant space as needed. The Senior Manager Facilities will report into the Vice President, Finance Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Have direct involvement in design and supervision of Facilities projects for DGE
  • Develop and track budgets for capital projects and operational expenses
  • Maintain and update files and database for on and off campus planning and space utilization purposes.
  • Perform building audits to validate employee locations, furniture layout and systems furniture configuration.
  • Develop scaled space configuration layouts, "Test Fits", and preparation of data for all planning needs.
  • Distribute space allocation drawings to internal departments and team members.
  • Acts as a liaison with department contacts regarding accuracy of data including headcount and employee status
  • Track client requests and department responses to assure a very high level of satisfaction
  • Be a building Crisis Management Site Coordinator and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain CM team floor plans.
  • Support team members to ensure all responsibilities and projects are completed.
  • Coordinate onsite and remote storage facility needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all cast members and external guests.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years or more experience in facilities and/or space planning and design experience
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Visio
  • Manage through conflict, complexity and to problem solve issues to resolution
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible with schedule depending on the needs of the operation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Photoshop

Required Education

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

This role is considered on-site, which means the employee will work from a Company designated location on an ongoing basis.
