- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
The Senior Manager, HR Projects and Employee Engagement will be responsible for supporting various large scale segment-wide projects with cross-functional focus. This individual will be responsible for leading and implementing initiatives and strategies by ensuring a consultative, data-driven approach in driving business decisions. The Senior Manager will provide leadership, project management, and be a strategic thought partner to executive leadership throughout all phases of project implementation. This individual will develop point of view while ensuring delivery of recommendations that drive decision making and answers questions.
The Senior Manager should thrive in an environment where they will be responsible for collaborating across multiple functions and stakeholders. This leader will have a natural curiosity to identify opportunities and anticipate connections to drive project results. To help achieve this, this individual will need to create consultative relationships with key partner groups including Communications, Marketing, Events, TWDC HR COEs, Compensation, Talent Solutions, RISE, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business partners to ensure integration.
Act as a strategic partner by developing authentic relationships and thought leadership across Human Resources
Project manage large scale projects ensuring clear communication and superior execution of plans
Develop and execute short & long-term employee engagement strategies, including driving segment-sponsored events and activities in partnership with key stakeholders.
Apply effective change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, improve organization performance, and increase operational efficiencies.
Build and maintain project plans, outlining clear deliverables and working with key stakeholders to keep project on schedule.
Effectively write, prepare, and build training documents, presentations, and communications.
Communicate ongoing initiative-related updates and timely, relevant information to key stakeholders.
Communicate to stakeholders and influence partners to take action based on recommendations
Leverage research, data and analytics to support project decisions.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field
Expert ability to manage large scale projects
Exceptional communication skills with ability to convey business priorities and complex topics in a simplistic way
Proven ability in strategic problem framing, issue identification, and the development of practical business solutions
Large, multi-business/enterprise initiative experience and experience with vertical and horizontal leadership
Exceptional ability to make timely and effective decisions and produce results through strategic planning and thought
Superior organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple detailed projects and drive towards deadlines
Exceptional ability to partner with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and to work well within and manage a cross functional team
Advanced influencing skills when working with internal partners and external providers to resolve issues/problems
Proven success in leading teams through inspiration, development, change management, and operational effectiveness
