- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

Job Summary:


This position is responsible for providing a broad range of project support for Core HR solutions at The Walt Disney Company. The suite of systems includes TWDC SAP HR modules (ORG, ELE, TIM, PAY, SEC, COM), and Workday. The scope of work includes business processes within each application in addition to data integration across site, segment, and enterprise applications. This role is routinely required to collaborate with line of business stakeholders in addition to technical and functional teams across the enterprise to ensure the effective delivery of integrated system and process solutions. The objective is to ensure HR systems are set up accurately to support time, pay, legal, and tax requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support mass uploads into Workday, including intake, ServiceNow queues, and template management

  • Document business requirements for increased EIB offerings/intake, test delivered functionality, support functionality implementations, and provide sustainment support

  • Develop and communicate job aids and design business processes

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to clients

  • Processes the organization's human resource information using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications

  • Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects

  • Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements

  • An employee at this level is an experienced professional with solid foundational skill/knowledge in a given functional field

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven advanced experience with one or more of the following: SAP, Workday, Time, Pay, data integration, data conversion, WinShuttle, EIB

  • Proven experience with projects and/or technology implementations

  • Requires excellent planning, analytical, documentation, and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative manner with remote team members in various time zones

  • Proven ability to multi-task and follow up independently

  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take complex topics and present them in a clear, easy to understand manner

  • Material development experience, ability to train clients

  • Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas

  • Proven ability to lead business process design efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the development and delivery of training

  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic work environment

  • Previous experience working with diverse cultures
