Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing is responsible for growing high value digital audiences across Digital Media - Entertainment’s portfolio of products including web, app, and OTT. The person in this role will lead a team of marketers to build and drive value from audiences while creating high quality digital entertainment experiences. Candidate must have proven leadership of audience development using multiple marketing disciplines across both product and lifecycle marketing.

Specifically, this role will focus on developing growth strategies and running programs to drive audience growth and engagement across our portfolio of products. The leader in this role is responsible for managing the daily planning & operations of developing data-driven, segmented marketing campaigns, lifecycle promotions and dynamic messaging through push, email, web, app and other channels in order to acquire, engage and retain digital audiences throughout the user lifecycle.


  • Identify strategic growth opportunities by leveraging data and insights from across Digital Media’s product portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional marketing strategy to implement campaigns across digital channels including paid media, ASO, SEO, push, in-app, email, display, and content marketing
  • Lead cross-functional team to develop the go-to-market plans for new product features (positioning, value prop, messaging, etc.)
  • Grow existing audience and expand brand presence on emerging platforms and technology
  • Manage promotional strategy and planning for specials and larger tent-pole events/projects
  • Manage targeting and personalization strategies to drive engagement and deliver the right message to the right consumer at the right time
  • Partner with teams to oversee strategic partnerships like Apple, Roku and pursue new partnership opportunities
  • Establish growth targets and partner with analytics and optimization leads to measure progress and test different approaches

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or audience development
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading a team with a focus on consumer-facing marketing
  • Strong marketing acumen and understanding of digital product development
  • Analytical, data driven and experience transforming data into insights
  • Ability to take initiative and follow through
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills, including strong attention to detail
