The Senior ManagerLearning & Development will lead the Learning & Development strategy, programming and delivery for the Corporate segment, reporting to the Director, Talent, Learning & Inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively lead and execute on the Learning & Development strategy and programs for the Corporate segment, and continually support partners and clients on learning & development needs 
  • Demonstrate an expertise in developing and delivering well-organized, practical and effective training content through exceptional instructional design and facilitation, that meets the unique needs of the client while also building for scale
  • Lead the enhancement and ongoing management of the Learning & Development suite of offerings to ensure a consistent, efficient and useful set of learning tools for Corporate clients; Ensure strong program management and marketing of the tool to drive adoption and effective execution; Ensure continual upkeep of all training content 
  • Facilitate training with ease, flexing delivery style and approach to meet the unique needs of the client and finding ways to meaningfully engage with diverse audiences of all levels
  • Collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion partners to support DEI-based learning offerings to increase our diverse representation and inclusion efforts; Collaborate with Talent Management partners to support career development learning offerings. 
  • Act as the primary Corporate partner to the Enterprise Learning & Development COE (Center of Excellence) to deliver enterprise-wide learning offerings and programs and address common learning and talent development priorities
  • Remain continually knowledgeable about internal and external talent and learning products, services and initiatives, and serve as point of contact for HR Business Partners, leaders and employees in specific businesses or geographies for all-things learning 
  • Apply learning & development theory/models, leverage or benchmark best practices/trends, and maintain knowledge of cutting-edge approaches in order to deliver solutions that drive measurable, lasting impact. 

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in learning & development, training or related field developing and delivering creative and powerful learning solutions
  • Extensive experience in instructional design, training facilitation, assessment facilitation and results delivery
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking/planning with detail-oriented project management to drive work to deadlines, engage stakeholders and follow up on outstanding items 
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully partnering with HR, D&I, talent, and business leaders 
  • Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple demands
  • Team player and strong collaborator both within Talent, Development & Inclusion team, across Corporate HR and across the enterprise 
  • Ability to create effective partnerships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and storytelling skills; must be capable of communicating information to diverse audiences
  • High degrees of initiative and creativity
  • Able to take multiple and complex inputs and concepts and distill into simple, relevant and executable strategies that are relevant, pragmatic, easy-to-execute and drive impact
  • Proven experience consulting (contracting, needs analysis, and action planning) and tailoring the approach to meet the needs of clients
  • Ability to apply a variety of learning approaches that span formal training, relationship-based, and experience-based development 
  • Ability to facilitate highly complex, dynamic and interactive content while adapting approach and style to a variety of audiences and learning preferences
  • The position will support businesses located around the world and minimal travel may be required (once safe to do so) to consult, facilitate or execute core strategies and client work.
