Job Summary:

This position is a cornerstone role within our Marketing organization. This role serves as the day-to-day lead on series & stunt strategy brief development as well as leads media campaign execution & the development of innovative marketing tactics. Furthermore, this role serves as a key communication hub across Freeform, responsible for leading collaborative meetings & synthesizing cross-department efforts into an overall campaign. We have a very small & strong team, so we’re looking for an agile team player who can hit the ground running. While this is a high responsibility role, this is also a high-visibility role. Comfort routinely presenting to executives is key. If you’re looking to make an impact & directly impact the launch of network series and stunts, this role is for you. A passion for our content and our work is a must.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within marketing, including consumer initiatives and paid media campaigns
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Manager position.
  • Deep knowledge of media research is a must
  • Ability to structure & lead large group meetings as well as comfortably present to executives
  • Experience managing team members & agencies and collaborating across departments

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field, or equivalent years of experience
