Job Summary:

The Disney+ Franchise & International Marketing team is seeking an experienced Associate Title Marketing Manager responsible for aligning marketing objectives and global priorities across the worldwide landscape of Disney+. In the next calendar year, Disney+ will be launching 60+ local productions that will require long-lead planning, global strategy development, non-originating territory & domestic platform alignment on key strategic & creative deliverables and in-season campaign execution & support. Disney Branded Television (DBT) is the other content provider managed by this team, and that slate currently has 30+ titles in scope over the next year, with more in development.

The Associate Title Marketing Manager will have experience in International DTC marketing and have an understanding of 360 marketing campaigns and how they individualize for the international markets, and must possess immense passion for the Disney+ and Star content that comprises our best-in-class service. This person will need to be extremely detail oriented and should thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume and extremely collaborative environment. The Associate Title Marketing Manager will work in concert with the media management team as we develop and support launch & sustainment campaigns for titles. The ability to effectively prioritize projects to get the best ROI is a must. This role will help to build & maintain strategic marketing overviews, liaise with local production teams to track and manage assets and work with territory marketing leads to gather GTM plans


  • Devise and implement global marketing strategies for Disney+ Star Original locally-produced content
  • Oversee marketing campaigns for DBT titles coming to the platform on behalf of international, communicating strategic direction, key campaign beats and tracking plans by territory
  • Work directly with VP and Marketing Manager to build communication and collaboration mechanisms between local production teams and the Disney+ global marketing workstreams
  • Build high-level market overviews for upcoming brand programs
  • Organize and manage roadshow presentations for International partners
  • Lead cross-functional planning sessions with partners and International markets
  • Prioritize titles and projects, and implement effective strategies to manage ever-increasing volume
  • Work with senior leaders in each market to capture key data points around brand and title-based marketing initiatives
  • Synthesize data to make recommendations across local media plans in local markets

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a global or International marketplace
  • Experience in the implementation of 360 Marketing campaigns
  • Strong presentation skills – visualizing data, creating clear narrative within a presentation and creation of presentation decks
  • Strong understanding of SVOD service ecosystem, including awareness, acquisition and lifecycle marketing
  • Results oriented with the ability to balance and scale the needs of the business as it evolves
  • Must be a team player with exceptional communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong organizational skills and mindset
  • Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows and best practices
  • Strong understanding of print, digital and social workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of International markets, local customs and sensitivities
  • Worked in either a studio, network, or agency environment
  • A positive attitude and outlook when the going gets tough
  • No ego - we critique work, not individuals
  • Knowledgeable of Disney brands and franchises

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Cinema/Television or related field or equivalent work experience
