Job Summary:

Associate Digital Analyst

Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) is part of the Global Marketing & Sales organization within Disney Parks Experiences & Products (DPEP). CIMA influences decision making with integrated, objective, and actionable insights. Within CIMA, the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team leverages best practices in analytics to capture data, analyze, and optimize our digital and contact center channels to drive Guest satisfaction and business outcomes.

The Associate Digital Analyst will provide analytical support for Disney Signature Experiences websites and mobile apps. They will create and maintain reports, conduct planned and ad hoc analyses, and deliver insights that drive decision-making for partners across the organization including Marketing Strategy, Technology, Product Management, and Pricing.

To succeed in this role, the Associate Digital Analyst should have passion for analytics and digital technology, be comfortable working with multiple partners, and have effective communication skills.

The position reports to the Manager, Digital Analytics and does not have direct reports.

What you will do:
·Design visually appealing, effective, and impactful reports and presentations
·Support business partners with ad-hoc reporting and in-depth analysis
·Independently seek out additional data to round out analyses and validate assumptions
·Proactively perform analysis and communicate opportunities, issues, or optimization tactics
·Identify opportunities to improve data collection and follow-through to implement changes
·Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to determine data needs, write data collection requirements, and deploy and maintain accurate digital tracking
·Define and execute quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of analytical output

What you will need:
·Experience performing business analysis and providing recommendations to business partners
·Proactive curiosity to understand the “Why” behind data, performance, and results
·Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively influence decision makers
·Ability to provide clear communication (verbal, written, and visual)
·Ability to maintain and grow relationships with peers, partners, and clients
·Time management and prioritization skills with ability to consistently meet deadlines
·Ability to thrive in a discipline where tools, technology, and skills are constantly evolving
·Experience using either Adobe Analytics or similar analytics tool
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

What will set you apart:
·Previous digital analytics experience
·Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics
·Experience defining digital analytics tracking requirements
·Experience using statistical concepts in business context
·Travel industry and eCommerce experience

Required Education:
Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in an analytical/quantitative field – e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, finance, engineering)
