- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

You will join the Disney and Pixar Third-party Commercialization team. The Associate provides support in managing products and a portfolio of licensees to exceed predetermined revenue targets and grow goals.

This position will report to the manager.


You Will:

  • Route and ensure approvals of licensee's public relations and advertising materials.
  • Provide licensee/product information to support marketing and brand/sales presentations.
  • Support Manager in everyday responsibilities such as contract and amendment process, financial analyses, strategy presentations, product line analysis and other projects for the category.
  • Communicate with Product Development team to ensure approval of products which may include: lead meetings, responding to questions related to OPA submission changes, UPC code accuracy, product descriptions, executes merchandising plans, public relations and advertising coordination.
  • Prepare product presentations including internal line reviews, product showcases and licensee pitches.
  • Provide all needed product and licensee information to the Integrated Retail Sales and marketing to support retail road shows, presentations, and property projects.
  • Build presentations for a variety of purposes including line reviews, business and strategy updates, licensee briefings, concept pitches and retail buyer presentations.

Basic Qualifications:

You Will Have:

  • Written, verbal and presentation skills and able to effectively communicate with all partners
  • Project management skills
  • Handle multiple assignments at one time
  • Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Keynote)
  • Financial analysis and great at goal setting and performance management
  • Experience in Licensing and Consumables or Consumer Electronics Industry
  • High level of interest in category/licensing preferred – retail/wholesale or product development experience
  • Licensing or toys experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in CPG marketing but not a requirement

Required Education

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
