- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

Job Summary:

This role will support the Manager in developing business strategies and executing operating plan for assigned initiatives. Position to work closely with integrated retail teams and cross functional partners including Product Merchandising Teams, Sourcing, Finance, PD Teams and Retail Marketing. This role will report to Wholesale Manger.


  • Actively work to apply financial, consumer and regional account insights to support development of departmental strategies, as well as support the divisional strategies and overall Third Party Commercialization goals
  • Analyze regional account trends to help shape global strategies, identify new opportunities to optimize operations and achieve financial objectives including fixture planning, visual merchandising, marketing, franchise and assortment direction to scale production and minimize MOQ upcharges
  • Present quarterly departmental strategies and hindsight business reviews to the Manager
  • Collaborate with Manager and Finance to determine wholesale cost structure to maximize profitability for Disney while ensuring appropriate margins for retail accounts
  • Lead operational process with cross-functional partners (including Merchandising, I.T., Sourcing, Logistics, and Accounting) to ensure all account requirements are met, including attribute sheet management, assortment sheet data integrity validation, vendor compliance manual updates, sample management
  • Drive product sample, photography & copy process to ensure appropriate and timely delivery of assets to all SIS accounts
  • Run ongoing seasonal retail marketing meetings to align regions on global marketing toolkit requirements and lead process with creative to deliver toolkit needs supporting in-market activations across all regions
  • Execute to key milestones, meeting requirements to support delivery of merchandise to all regions
  • Facilitate data accuracy and hygiene across large data sets, performing validation, communication and resolution aligned to customer timelines and product calendars
  • Using systems such as SAP, OMS and data tools such as Excel, own tracking of customer product and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of product, quantities, packaging, delivery and invoicing

Basic Qualifications:     

  • 2 + years of experience in account management, manufacturing operations or sourcing
  • Full understanding of the components involved in creating a successful merchandise production calendar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and comfortable adapting to purchasing systems

Required Education:

 Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
