As a Sr Business Systems Support Analyst, you will serve as a consultant, technical liaison, systems subject matter expert, system administrator and code developer for Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Expedition applications and interfaces. You will manage the development and maintenance of complex SharePoint sites and Nintex workflows. You will be responsible for creating supporting data warehouses, SQL queries and Business Objects and Tableau reports. You will be a driver of automated solutions and processes that enable the business to work more efficiently and effectively. You will also be the primary support for international language translations for guest communications.
You will report to the Manager, Business Systems Support.
Responsibilities
Develop automated workflows and forms solutions to enhance business efficiency.
Provide consultation support to business users and identify opportunities and use technology to keep competitive advantage. This requires collaboration and interaction with operating teams, technology support groups, external vendors and developers to ensure delivery of quality system products, on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate content communication with external vendors to ensure deliverables are met.
Use strategic thinking to improve and develop our processes to support management goals that allow the business to operate more effectively.
Drive improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
Support the review and measurement of business policies and processes for Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, and multiple operating partners to determine opportunities to refine workflows and provide topics for ongoing training and communications. Gather data, conduct situational analysis, and provide research and analysis for recommendations.
Provide trouble-shooting administrative support for automated forms and measurements and maintain the access, security and administration of related sites.
Drive resolutions to operations measurement related systems issues by escalating and expediting important technical issues affecting the Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and National Geographic Expeditions business and operating partners.
Support special projects and assignments.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with web services used to retrieve data.
Experience retrieving data structures including SQL, JSON and XML to parse data.
Experience with HTML and CSS.
Experience with Nintex.
Experience creating and managing reports through Business Objects and Tableau.
Experience working with partners to understand and gather requirements and then use SharePoint Premium software to solve their needs.
Experience with Microsoft Windows applications and software with emphasis on Excel, SharePoint and form design including permissioning, library structures and content types.
Experience creating process automation using workflows in SharePoint Premium software and in Nintex to meet needs of the business.
Experience utilizing APIs to integrate data into automated workflows.
Strategic thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Analytical and operational skills.
Relationship building skills; ability to interact with Cast Members at all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and implementation of measurement and research to improve processes.
Experience working with confidential information.
