Who we are…
The Corporate Credit to Cash Department manages the second largest asset of The Walt Disney Company: its accounts receivable through its global organization. The mission of the department is to assist with maximizing sales and cash flow through the superior management of the accounts receivable using sound credit approval and effective collection strategies.


Make an impact by…

  • Conduct due diligence of companies for new credit requests, sales orders, and company policy-mandated reviews.

  • Perform internet research and analyze financial statements in support of credit reviews

  • Prepare and communicate credit recommendations and pull reports from service providers

  • Responsible for data integrity of CRM systems and Front Of House Media Traffic systems including Master Customer Setup synchronization, data analysis, data integration, and data error troubleshooting.

  • Manage expectations and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders in a high email volume environment

  • Acting as a liaison between our internal support teams and our media sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Responsible for special projects relating to master data and system updates.

Basic Qualifications:

What we are looking for…

  • 1 – 2 years experience in related role or related school coursework

  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Quick and eager learner with a “can-do” attitude

  • Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan work activities to use time effectively, always ready to handle a multitude of urgent matters

  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Also a plus…

  • Advanced skills using Excel

  • ERP Experience

  • Multilingual (Spanish or Chinese)

Required Education

  • Junior or Senior currently pursuing (or recent graduate within 6 months with) an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Aided Modeling or other related major

Additional Information:

Internship Eligibility:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program. 

  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization

  • Must provide own transportation to/from work

  • Program Dates: Interns must be fully available 40 hours/week from approximately May/June 2022 through December 2022
