The Digital Integration Manager (CT) will be responsible for publishing content across the Disney Parks Blog and various social channels.

The ideal candidate has a passion for online coding, writing and content creation. The candidate must also be comfortable with daily content deadlines, some after-hours work and able to thrive in a fast-moving collaborative environment. Experience with editorial publishing, business storytelling, online design, site coding and social media strategy is required.

Responsibilities

  • Publish content on the Disney Parks Blog and associated social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok)
  • Share Influencer/Talent content across platforms
  • Works in content management systems/backend tools, including WordPress, Sprinklr and Slack
  • Assists in governance of day-to-day editorial calendars
  • Capable of creating compelling social copy and applying best practices - translating traditional marketing into engaging and brand relevant online storytelling
  • Contributes to a team that is nimble, creative, optimistic, disruptive with fresh ideas
  • Stays on tops of innovative social trends to elevate channel strategy

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Public Relations, Public Affairs, Communications, Journalism, Customer Engagement, Broadcast Communications or other relevant areas
  • Experience with coding, and latest technologies for publishing, including WordPress, as well as basic photography, visual storytelling and graphic design.
  • Expertise with social media channels
  • Knowledge of HTML and the ability to assist in creating web pages/sites
  • Social publishing experience on all platforms
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking
  • Organizational skills in job performance with strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing and growing environment
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Ability to work weekends (at least 1 per month) and rotating holidays
Ability to work nights and weekends, when needed
