Job Summary:

Global Travel and Expense Management oversees all of the technology, processes, and systems that drive travel booking, expense settlement, credit card management, expense auditing, and end-user support in accordance with the guidelines of The Walt Disney Company’s Travel & Entertainment policy.

The Global Travel and Expense Audit Support Services Manager is responsible for all aspects of internal and external auditing of travel expense and p-card transactions for the company, maintenance of the CAS audit profile, and the related internal quality assurance program. The Global Travel and Expense Audit Services Manager will often be called upon to discuss audit controls, be a key contributor in fraud investigations and make recommended changes to audit programs to support changing business needs.


  • Provides leadership over all facets of Disney’s complex internal and external travel transaction auditing process
  • Leads the audit team. Assigns work, sets priorities, reviews results, provides performance feedback, sets goals aligned with company priorities, helps team develop to their full potential.
  • Responsible for liaising with Concur Audit Services (CAS) and managing the global CAS business relationship ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the timely and accurate execution of all CAS audit responsibilities within expected SLA’s
  • Responsible for oversight of all global projects related to travel expense transaction auditing including development and implementation of new audit controls, maintenance of the CAS audit profile, and internal quality assurance program and modifications to the audit process to drive continuous improvement that will strengthen financial controls and improve policy compliance.
  • Maintains effective  global audit controls to prevent and detect fraud and ensure compliance with company policies using Management Audit tools
  • Works closely with Senior leadership in DWSS and Controllership, HR / GHRO, Management Audit, DFS. EBS / IT and peer leaders in Travel as necessary to resolve audit issues, lead discussions, share knowledge and consult on issues related to expense transaction auditing.
  • Functions as the is subject matter expert in all aspects of Disney’s travel  expense auditing, sharing knowledge and consulting on issues related to expense transaction auditing.
  • Manages difficult or sensitive employee situations as a key contributor in fraud investigations
  • Meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for completion of audit team responsibilities
  • Leads new business onboarding - integration into Disney Concur expense audit tools and processes
  • Recommends and collaborates and partners with senior leaders and Expense peer managers in designing/maintaining/ improving audit controls and programs.
  • Manages all audit related projects and continuous improvement initiatives including development and implementation of new audit controls
  • Displays a willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment, supports and explains reasoning for decisions, includes appropriate people

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, or business related
  • At least 3 years of prior auditing experience in a Public Accounting Firm and/or large global corporate T&E environment
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Concur and SAP in large global company

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s in Accounting, Master’s in Business Administration
  • CPA, CFE, or CIA preferable
