Job Summary:

In this role, you’ll translate all creative concepts into high resolution production mechanicals for final digital and print production, that are error free and able to reproduce across all platforms required. The projects you’ll work on run the range of the smallest flyer to the largest train station take-over, and every print & digital tactic in between. You’ll need to be creative in your problem solving, deadline driven, detail oriented, fast, and passionate about making exceptional mechanical art that can reproduce extremely well on all platforms.


  • Create, edit and revise error-free mechanicals, high-resolution images and graphics as directed by Group Creative Director Studio & Production Design Supervisor, using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator for all advertising and collateral tactics.
  • Tactical knowledge to produce digital and traditional advertising and collateral tactics such as but not limited to, Out of Home, Bulletins, Kiosks, Walls-capes,Transit Shelters, Retail Point of Sale In-store support collateral & advertising/web, Buses, Train Station Takeovers, Travel Industry & Promotional tool-kits, Ad Slicks, Flyers, Posters, Counter Cards, Brochures, Direct Mail, digital static and HTML web banners, including Facebook, Instagram & Twitter social media platforms.
  • Collaborates with Art Directors and Print Production Managers with grace and ease.
  • Ability to easily adapt an existing campaign across all new tactics, without sacrificing integrity of original creative decisions.
  • Strong understanding of design sensitivities for typography, iconography & layout as it relates to production problem solving.
  • Responsible to keep abreast with industry and software changes and updates, continually developing your production skills.
  • Takes pride in going the extra mile to make something killer and doing it on time!

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree in Art/Production field and/or 10+ years of experience in production design including all areas of digital imaging.
  • Expert-level skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Macintosh based equipment within a network environment.
  • Expert level of Pre-Press, CMYK, RGB color spaces, proofing, and digital print production.
  • Accomplished in color correction, image editing, masking and compositing.
  • Exceptional print production knowledge of how ink & paper interact with color correction.
  • Must have a solid foundation in color theory and management.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to handle heavy workload, without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Detail oriented – eagle eye for problem solving.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact on a professional level.
  • Open and receptive to learning and critiquing.
  • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment and have the ability to respond well to changing priorities, work-flows and information.
  • Works successfully within a close, collaborative team environment as well as the ability to work independently.

Required Education

  • 4 year college degree in Art/Production field and/or 10+ years of experience in production design including all areas of digital imaging.
