Job Summary:

Consumer Insights, Measurement, & Analytics (CIMA) is a team within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) that is focused on inspiring consumer-centric, data-driven, high-return decision making that leverages insights and data at the core of every business decision. Within CIMA, the Marketing Analytics & Insights (MAI) team provides objective assessments of DPEP marketing to inform strategy, understand performance, optimize investment, and maximize business impact. This role within CIMA will support efforts to influence and inform Marketing strategy development and enterprise-wide executive-level decision-making by measuring, analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting a broad spectrum of data (examples include media effectiveness, theme park attendance, resort and cruise bookings, and other key business driver metrics). This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights and will be based in Orlando, FL.


  • Lead efforts to analyze the effectiveness of Marketing programs while delivering insights to improve results.
  • Marry media insights with indicators gleaned from primary consumer research, website behavior, and business drivers to make recommendations to support marketing's impact on driving Guests to our properties.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance with an emphasis on media effectiveness across media channels.
  • Optimize marketing/media results through analytics tools and testing
  • Connect the dots between desired marketing and business outcomes and actual results to make relevant recommendations to improve performance.
  • Provide insights to various teams including Marketing Strategy, Media, Creative, and Commercial regarding media effectiveness, creative insights, and marketing effectiveness overall
  • Conduct scenario planning using return on investment insights, and identify important indicators of media performance such as cost per booking, media decays, total and marginal Return on investment, and media spend.
  • Communicate clear and compelling presentations to partners and executives
  • Analyze and integrate results from across the broader CIMA team and essential partner areas including Marketing and Sales Strategy, Costumer Engagement, Pricing, Planning & Forecasting, and Finance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in analytics, business planning or similar role
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Excel (can perform complex functions) and Tableau
  • Experience working in a matrixed team environment and with a variety of partners at all levels
  • Ability to mentor, partner, and contribute individually
  • Hospitality/Tourism industry experience preferred
  • Digital media campaign management experience a plus

Required Education

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with preferred concentration in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or similar field
