Job Summary:
The Telecommunications business is no longer restricted to traditional voice calls. The latest telecommunication systems run on the same networks as video and data systems, enabling the integration of voice, data and video in sophisticated communication applications that improve our Guests experience while vacationing at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. Telecommunication Business Office supports six core operational services; Computer Repair, Print, Video, Voice/PBX, Cabling and Wireless/Cellular/Radio as well as business funded projects.
The Telecommunications Business Services Specialist will support the Business Office. This position will provide financial, accounting and research support to ensure communication of financials to our partners in terms that align with the services that Telecom offers We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated and highly efficient. A person that is a problem solver, likes to dive into the details and has new ideas. This position will initially focus on Mobility billing and later on process improvement.
Hybrid - central Florida company location.
Responsibilities:
Delivers excellent customer service to other Cast Members by addressing cellular & mobility service needs moving from reactive communication to proactive communication
Complete operations production support tasks inclusive of transaction research, file maintenance and other daily job functions supporting the team goals
Publish monthly updates with input from fellow Cast and leadership
Efficiently address Service Now requests (such as cellular billing questions/changes or account modifications) and incidents.
Collaborates with vendors, peers, and partners to implement or improve business processes
Assist with telecom expense management by auditing cellular line usage and features.
Document current processes, analyze and offer solution assessment
Qualifications:
Self-motivated & highly efficient
Strong process-orientation
Organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, & presentations)
1-2 years of customer service experience
Microsoft Office & Teams (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Required Education:
Associates Degree (Pursuing a Bachelor’s) or equivalent work experience
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
