Job Summary:

As a Digital Content Designer within the Content Design team, you will be actively helping to define and improve Disneyland Paris’ digital experience. Reporting to the Chapter Lead, you will bring your expertise in web and app editorial content to work collaboratively with agile squads within the Digital department with the aim of optimizing the user experience on the official Disneyland Paris website and mobile app.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

You will be the Lead for the French content produced within the Content Design team and more specifically, you will:
  • Build web page structures and work with UX et UI designers to create booking funnels (web and app), applying knowledge and expertise in information hierarchy and storytelling
  • Create copy (marketing and functional) using the company’s tone of voice and web writing best practices
  • Manage projects from A-Z and collaborate daily with a wide range of stakeholders (Central Marketing, Events, Social, CRM, local markets, Branding, Ops, Legal, etc.)
  • Adapt and transcreate content from English to French
  • Proofread French content produced by other members of the team to ensure harmonization and high-quality content
  • Create and maintain a base of terminology, editorial best practices, bank of content
  • Support collaboration with our SEO agency to increase traffic through content
  • Help define and establish processes for better efficiency with Digital teams and stakeholders beyond Digital
  • Create backlog of content actions, following analyses provided by Analytics team
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations


The key to your success
  • Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree with a first experience in content design / copywriting / UX writing / UX.
  • You have excellent writing skills in French (impeccable grammar, spelling, punctuation) and have a flair for creative marketing texts, as well as functional and efficient UX copy.
  • You have a good understanding of user needs and business objectives, information hierarchy and storytelling, and have expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  • You are comfortable working within a transversal team within a SAFe (Spotify) environment
  • You are rigorous, proactive, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills to enable effective collaboration within Digital and beyond.
  • You are proficient in French (C2 level) and fluent in English (C1 level).
  • Knowledge and a passion for Disney, Pixar, MARVEL and Star Wars is a plus!
