Job Summary:

Integrated into the FOS Division through the Safety and Risk Prevention Department, the Quality Assurance Department contributes to preserving the safety of our cast members and visitors by guaranteeing the compliance of our facilities with regulations, norms and segment standards.

The Quality Assurance department contributes to the control of high-risk activities and the reduction of risks identified as priorities, particularly within FOS, by setting up and monitoring an audit program for practices and their documentation, which are essential elements in the risk analysis.

In this way, you will play a key role in perpetuating the Disney magic, by respecting our Five Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Spectacle and Efficiency.


As part of the Quality Assurance department, your primary mission will be to ensure regulatory compliance for the Facility Operational Services Division at Disneyland Paris.

The main missions of the position will be as follows:

- Ensure the monitoring of regulatory compliance of FOS activities
- Monitor compliance via our partner's regulatory monitoring tool
- Manage action plans following compliance audits
- Manage action plans related to new regulations
- Coordinate working groups with field experts for the implementation of actions
- Monitor compliance in the FOS sector (dashboard, reporting, etc. ....)
- Carry out specific regulatory studies in support of DSPR experts
- Communicate the progress of its projects to the hierarchy
- Participate in working groups to update Disney standards by integrating French regulations
- Participate in maintenance audits in the field

Basic Qualifications:

Ideally, you have a 5-year degree in QSE (Master's degree/engineering school) and 3 years' experience in regulatory monitoring and compliance.

Project management is an essential skill for the position.

Analytical, listening and summarizing skills as well as good interpersonal skills are required to successfully complete your assignments.

You master the office pack and in particular Excel.

Language: fluent French (minimum level C1) / intermediate English (minimum level B1).

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
