Job Summary:

Here is your chance to live a unique professional adventure!

Your environment?

Disneyland Paris is currently undergoing a data transformation to better exploit its rich and varied data: digital, ticketing, accommodation, operations, maintenance, finance, stores, restaurants, supply chain, costumes, human resources, etc.

Our Data Office, composed of about thirty people, is at the heart of this transformation project. It is developing a data-driven culture and managing all dimensions of the data domain within Disneyland Paris: strategy, governance, acculturation, innovation, modern architecture, data science, training, etc. through an agile organization.
The success of this technical and functional transformation also depends on a human transformation. By putting data at the heart of strategic decisions and making it easily accessible to all, Disneyland Paris is encouraging its teams to realize the potential that data brings, to realize its power and to rely on its Data Office to facilitate innovation.

To make data a real strategic lever, we are recruiting a Data Quality Coordinator who will be the conductor of data quality for all Disneyland Paris businesses.

Each member of the team can be an actor in what we are putting in place. You will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge, to question what exists, to innovate, to implement new things constantly and quickly!

Your missions?

Working mainly with our Data Steward, you will be the guarantor of the quality of our information assets and of customer satisfaction. Alongside the business lines and at the heart of the transformation, you will instill ever greater quality and rigor in the data and its uses.

Your main missions consist of:
  • Defining the norms and standards for data quality at Disneyland Paris and ensuring their deployment
  • Implementing the data quality system: defining critical data, controls, quality objectives, alert thresholds and escalation processes
  • Specify and deploy data quality management dashboards
  • Define and implement the anomaly and remediation monitoring process
  • Carry quality messages on a daily basis to all our contacts
  • Define the strategic approach to testing products deployed in the datalake and coordinate its execution with a team of 4 testers.
Joining us means participating in the birth of our data governance and having a strong impact in its structuring! You will have a lot of autonomy to implement methods/processes/standards in line with your vision and continuously develop your skills, on diversified subjects, in a positive and stimulating environment.

The keys to your success?

You are the ideal candidate for this position if:
  • You are graduated of a business or engineering degree and have acquired at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a large data-driven company; you have contributed to the definition and implementation of a data quality strategy;
  • You know how to manage projects and lead workshops with business contacts;
  • You have already contributed to the definition of data quality KPIs, built or managed the construction of dashboards, accompanied the business to define remediation plans and are familiar with testing methodologies;
  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (C1 level).
You will be successful in this role if:
  • You are very rigorous in the execution of your missions and know how to instill it in the practices, with pedagogy;
  • You know how to explain fairly new subjects to a variety of people;
  • You are at ease in animation and organization and know how to analyze and synthesize the needs of your interlocutors.

This is the right time to have a strong impact on our business and contribute to the rise of the data culture within an incredibly special environment!

The Disneyland Paris difference?
  • A comprehensive integration session and a wide range of skill-development training options
  • Great career opportunities (internal promotion or horizontal mobility)
  • An exceptional, international and multicultural environment concentrated on a unique site.
