We are looking for chefs and chefs de partie for the Disneyland Hotel restaurants.
Missions :
To prepare the daily production in compliance with the technical sheets and the established quality standards,
Ensure the different posts (cold, hot, fillings, desserts...) while knowing how to adapt to unexpected situations (specific requests, allergies...),
Participate in the integration and training of new employees and the follow-up of our alternating students and trainees,
Respect and ensure compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP) on a permanent basis.
Profile:
You master all culinary techniques (preliminary preparations, different cooking methods, dressing...)
You have a first significant experience in a similar function
You have a minimum level of French B1
You are a team player in all circumstances and have good communication skills
You are flexible and can be called upon to work from 6:30 am to 2:00 am, on weekdays and weekends
Training in cooking is appreciated.

Additional Information:
