Job Summary:

GHRO (Global HR Operations) is a constantly evolving global entity of The Walt Disney Company whose mission is to respond to, support and advise the Company's employees on all HR (human resources) policies and agreements as well as collective bargaining agreements and legal processes.
Within this department, we are looking for a Personnel Administration Manager.
This activity revolves around the various communication channels available to our employees, notably via the "Service Now" platform, telephone and email.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the professional development and support of a team of 30 agents and two leads.
You will constantly be working with the managers of the Human Resources division as well as other management in The Company. You will analyze the needs of our internal customers and identify opportunities for improvement so as to ensure increased productivity and quality customer service.

Your Missions?
  • Supporting you in your role, you will manage two Leads (each one managing half of your staff).
  • In collaboration with your Leads and adhering to the legislation, you supervise the work and daily activities in order to guarantee a quality level of service.
  • Manage the performance of your team (identify areas of opportunity such as training, performance, communication and recognition contributing to improving the work environment and in the success of the team) and participate in managing the daily life of your team (regular team and face to face meetings...).
  • As needed or as the structure evolves, develop and implement operational and organizational strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to drive the business forward by identifying and planning for changes based on customer/manager needs, customer experience, technology, service level and legal environment.
  • Leverage technology to improve the employee and management experience so as to increase productivity and contribute to the asked for level of service.
  • In collaboration with the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) project teams, contribute to the implementation of the Workday tool.
  • Lead team members with changes associated with regards to new technology, new processes, new team members and the increased level of service required.
  • Exchange with peers around the world (Shanghai, Orlando, London...) to gain inspiration, to learn best practices and to inform others of your team's work..
  • Develop an active watch on HR news.
Your profile?
  • Your ideally have a 4/5-year degree in Human Resources and at least 5 years of professional experience in managing a team (directly or indirectly).
  • You have developed an expertise in human resources and master the techniques of change management as well as those of project management.
  • Languages (Written/read/spoken): Intermediate/Advanced English (B2 minimum) and advanced French (C1 minimum).
  • Computer skills: Pack Office and at ease with digital tools, you ideally master Service Now, Workday, SAP or similar systems.
