The role of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is to develop and deliver integrated services including: development/growth strategy, organizational design, talent management, organizational and operational effectiveness, change and transition management, and functional integration of HR expertise. As a member of the Corporate Human Resources Department, you will be handling part of the Commercial perimeter, formulating HR solutions adapted to the evolutions of the business and/or on different issues.

Your missions?

  • Support the divisions within your scope in their day-to-day HR issues and to provide sound HR advice, based on a strategic vision that enables you to anticipate and assess trends in the business, in the organization and the people within it. You identify and implement appropriate HR solutions.
  • Design and implement strategies for organizational growth, promote collective and individual performance, and develop the business' ability to meet its objectives.
  • Deliver expert coaching and develop leadership, organizational and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to deploy strategies in order to achieve the business objectives and support its growth.
  • Carry out the talent management process identifying current and future talent needs and implement an action plan to lessen the associated risk and improve the successor’s success.
  • Ensure that diversity and inclusion are promoted and integrated into internal clients’ HR practices and HR strategies, encouraging an open and caring environment that embodies Disney values.
  • Challenge practices and consider different ways of working with flexibility, agility, transparency and ability to see the big picture.
  • Take part in and coordinate cross-functional projects.

Your profile?

  • You ideally have a 5-year degree from a business school, university or equivalent, with a specialization in labor law / human resources.
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in an HR function, where you have helped your clients with high-stakes organizational and social issues.
  • The designing of and implementation of change strategies and project management are no secret to you. You are accustomed to working and interacting with senior executives daily, using measured influence creating trust.
  • You demonstrate strong strategic planning skills. Adept at problem solving and decision making, you demonstrate agility in a complex organization and manage conflict.
  • You demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork as well as the ability to handle a variety of issues simultaneously and produce quick and reliable results.
  • You have good analytical and writing skills, as well as good interpersonal skills with the ability to listen to all types of audiences, and your ability to influence is undeniable.
  • Languages (Read/Written/Spoken): French minimum advanced (C1) and English minimum intermediate-advanced (B2).
  • Computer skills: Mastery of Pack Office. Knowledge of the Workday HR application is a plus.
