Your day-to-day responsibilities

- Prepare the production in complete autonomy on all the stations (cold, hot, dessert) from the setting to the plating or buffet, in compliance with the technical sheets and the established quality standards
- Adapt to unforeseen situations (allergies, change of menu, specific requests...)
- Permanently respect the application of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Participate in the integration and training of new employees and contribute to the follow-up of our students and trainees
- Communicate and apply the decisions taken by the management.

Do you have the right profile?
- You master all the culinary techniques (preparations, cuts, different cooking methods, dressing...) and you are independent in their realization
- You have a first significant experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-volume environment
- You have a minimum level of French B1
- You are a team player in all circumstances and can communicate in an international environment
- You are flexible and can be scheduled from 6:30 am to 2:00 am, weekdays and weekends
- Training in cooking (CAP / BEP / Bac Pro) is appreciated.
