Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition team at Disneyland Paris is responsible for the attraction, sourcing and selection of circa 6000 operational and professional hires every year. In a context of unprecedented growth and transformation, we are now looking for a Manager Talent Acquisition- Support functions.

Reporting into the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, the Manager Talent Acquisition is responsible for implementing the talent acquisition strategy for professional hires (approximately 1000 hires per year).
You will be leading a diverse team of around 14 Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing regular performance feedback and coaching to support the team’s professional development.
Closely collaborating with HR partners, and the HR Marketing teams you will be responsible for ensuring a continuous flow of talents by anticipating requirements, adjusting the sourcing strategies and creating cost effective hiring approaches.

  • Identify and develop the most relevant sourcing strategies and plans (through the use of social media, CV databases, participation in job fairs, career events etc ) to attract the best talent
  • Coach and develop your team, creating a solid and positive culture of excellence
  • Develop and implement strong Talent Acquisition processes and workflows to ensure optimal use of resources, as well as the best possible client satisfaction and candidate experience
  • Ensure adherence to best practice in the use of dedicated TA systems and tools
  • Monitor activity and performance through tracking of recruiting metrics
  • Advise and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with internal stakeholders and other external partners
  • Adhere to, and promote the company’s s philosophy and culture on Diversity and Inclusion through all aspects of the role
  • Strong experience in a similar role, managing professional and/or support hires in a fast paced, matrix and culturally diverse environment, with a focus on building a superior pipeline of candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on delivery in a context of organizational change, to support and accompany the team through transformation
  • Experience managing team’s performance
  • Solid functional expertise that includes direct sourcing, building pipelines, analyzing metrics, simplifying processes and measuring quality of hires. Constantly seeking to improve on existing practices.
  • Self-starter that takes initiative to accomplish organizational staffing goals
  • Passion for the role of talent acquisition within operations and customer focused environments.
  • Viewed as a trusted advisor with a successful track record in building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent time management, communication (both written and verbal) and multitasking skills
  • Flexible to travel across Europe for recruitment events or job fairs
  • Fluent English and French (C1 level)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business field would be a plus
  • Knowledge of the Applicant Tracking Systems ( experience with Workday would be an advantage)
